there is an offensive post by bastardman on the lesbian community.
It is not offensive due to the article but the comments added to it. There is also a comment from a rocketmba who is not a female and if he was following the rules (from what I remember after one ofthe male incidents) he is not allowed to do. Also the comment is offensive, or can be viewed as such by some.
If something can be done about this that would be super! If it is possible we could ban bastardman from lj completely that would be extra super.

Hi, Misty-My name is Amanda (LJ is BlueFalconChick), and I noticed that you are a moderator in the LJ lesbian community. I hate to post something here on your private journal, but I think that it may offend some people should I post it on the community and I wanted to get in touch with a moderator.
I know I'm not the only one bothered by this-but why do we have advertisments for other communities on the Lesbian Community? It seems a bit crass to me that people post "Please Join (fill-in-blank-here) With Me!!!" and then post a HUGE banner that just eats up the friends page of anyone who is a member of the Lesbian Community here.
I'm not a big fan of promoting your new community on your other communities anyway, but I would rather people keep it to a link, perhaps, rather than a large banner proclaiming their love for whichever community is this month's fad. As I said before, I know I'm not the only one annoyed by this, and I have found several of these posts on my friends page recently from the Lesbian Community and I wanted to contact you and see what you (as a moderator) thought of the subject.
